This is a complete seat assembly, not a staple on replacement seat cover.
Seat assemblies are made up of the seat board(with metal inserts when required) high density foam and the vinyl covering, all assembled. Assemblies do not include bolts, trim, hinges, plastic back cover or hardware.
These are seat back replacement assemblies for carts with "one" large seat back rest.

I gave it four stars because I didn't realize until it arrived that it doesn't include the plastic back piece. You have to use your old one.
