This is a complete seat assembly, not a staple on replacement seat cover.
Seat assemblies are made up of the seat board(with metal inserts when required) high density foam and the vinyl covering, all assembled. Assemblies do not include bolts, trim, hinges or hardware.

Seat was as-expected.
Only issue I encountered was that the old bolts had smooth (non-threaded) section that prevented fully tightening old hinges to seat - I recommend you get new fully-threaded bolts.

The seat fit perfect. The wood rotted in our seat and we wanted to replace the cushion and cover as well. We called to make sure we were getting the right one and the gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. It arrived it good time. It took us 5 minutes to change out our hardware and arms and we were good to go. The colour and design in the cover is a perfect match for our ez go cart. Excellent overall experience.
