Great Replacement Part, Great Service

I ordered this axle as a replacement for the factory axle. It was slightly different in appearance from the factory unit (more robust), however it fit exactly as it should as has worked for the past couple of weeks flawlessly.
I did have a small issue with ordering and shipping. After placing the order over the phone, I waited several days without receiving the part. After a brief call, for some reason the part was still sitting on the counter and was not shipped. The gentleman that fielded the call was honest, upfront, and extremely professional. He ensured me that it would ship the same day after discovering this. I was initially disappointed, although very impressed with the way that is was handled, and the quality of the product.
